Our store is a collaboration between South Coast Mariculture, producers of Jervis Bay Mussels, and Blue Harvest, one of Australia’s largest marketers of Australian grown prawns, oysters and mussels. 

Come on in and see our specialised live oyster and mussel tank, and our seafood display kept uniquely fresh using Sunwell Deepchill Slurry Ice Technology. 

You will find us in the front shed of our fully accredited processing facility, where we pack and ship orders each weekday to the East Coast of Australia, ensuring it always has the pick of best available products.
